Q: What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM. If we do not answer, please DO NOT leave a message, we will return to your call as soon as I can! 

Q: Do you have ice?

No. Ice is available for purchase at the marina

Q: What to do upon arrival?

Boarding begins one hour prior to your departure time, no earlier! Please do not arrive early to the marina as parking can become an issue. Arriving in the two hour window there will be crew directing you to the parking & check-in for your trip. 

Q: Cooler demensions 

19H x 35L (If it DOES NOT fit under the bench it WILL NOT go on the trip!)

Q: Are there showers on board?

Yes! There is a freshwater shower available to anglers on board.

Q: Can we bring our cell phone? Is there service?

You may bring your cell phone, but there is no service. You are responsible for your own items onboard the boat. We hold no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items on your trip.

Q: When will you know if my trip is going or not?

In the event of a weather cancellation, the office or Captain Ralph himself will personally call 48HRS for overnight and 12 hours before a day trip to notify you of the cancellation. Any mechanical issues or outside circumstances will be communicated to every registered angler on a given trip prior to departure.

Q: I can’t go. Can I get a refund?

1/2, 3/4 & Full day fishing 

At least 72 hour notice is required for a full refund. Within 72 to 24 Hours from departure time is a rebooking to future trip only. 24 Hours or less is non refundable. Captain Ralph reserves the right to cancel due to weather with no less than 12 hrs notice. Weather cancellations are rebooking/ reschedule only to a future trip.

Overnight & Multi-day trips

At least 30 days’ notice is required for a full refund. Within 30 to 7 days from departure date rebooking to future trip only 7 days or less full forfeit of fare. Captain Ralph reserves the right to cancel due to weather with no less than 48 hrs notice. Weather cancellations are rebooking/ reschedule only to a future trip.

Q: Do you have a LIVE WELL onboard?

We have two live wells on board for your use.
